How does Crosslink work?
Crosslink is software that runs on your mobile (or PDA, BlackBerry®). It silently monitors any calls selected from your contacts/phonebook or dialled directly. It recognises the expensive international calls and connects you over the landline network at significantly cheaper rates. True business Quality - Not Skype! Not VoIP!
Once installed, you do not have to undertake any additional set-up, dial extra digits, remember passwords or change how you use your phone. It's simple;
- This service is seamless and requires absolutely no additional effort by you (such as long access codes etc.)
- International calls made from your mobile device will automatically be re-routed over the Crosslink network, even when you use your short-dial and Phonebook entries.
- Save time. The good listening quality means you only call once, with no risk of mistakes through mishearing.
How much does it cost?
We have a minimum charge of £2.50 per handset per month. Contact us if you have over 20 mobiles for our group saver rates. This £2.50 is the cost we pay for the software licence and billing. By charging per handset we can cover this overhead without levying each call.
How is crosslink billed?
Crosslink is invoiced as a standard monthly bill. Credits can be purchased in advance for even greater savings.
Can I have even greater savings?
Absolutely. Let us negotiate your mobile contract at the same time and the Crosslink monthly charges are free and you get nice new handsets. We will more than match any other offer.

Can I save money when I am roaming?
The full roaming facility will be launched later this year. In the meantime, we can modify your handset so it holds two SIM’s. While in the UK continue to make savings on calls using Crosslink. On your arrival abroad simply key 001 to switch to our Awayphone SIM and enjoy considerably reduced charges. When you return, key 002. That’s all you have to do.

There are lots of products around that save money on International calls made from your mobile? Search the web or open any Sunday newspaper to see just how confusing it is.
